Gazans waving white flags shot dead as they flee their homes

At least three Palestinians in Gaza were shot dead yesterday after Israeli soldiers fired on a group of residents leaving their homes on orders from the military and waving white flags, according to testimony taken by the Israeli human rights group B'Tselem.

"We reached Wail’s house at 11:00 A.M. There were already thirty-five people there, so now we were about seventy in total. We stayed there until the next morning. We didn't have food or drink...Around six o’clock in the morning...a missile or shell hit. Based on the intensity of the strike, I think it was a missile from an F-16."
